Neighborly Faith equips Christians to
overcome fear, speak truthfully, and
build real relationships with people of
other faiths. We work on college cam- puses, where the next generation of
Christian leaders are.
We facilitate personal and institutional
friendships with neighbors of all faiths.
We want such friendships to become a
natural part of what it means to be a
Christian in today’s diverse society.
Neighborly Faith has successfully
equipped thousands of students and
staff at colleges across America. Our
message is clear:
ANYONE CAN DO THIS.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
Too few U.S. evangelicals are interacting regularly
with individuals of other religious faiths. Further still,
Christian communities often find it hard to even imag- ine what a faithful ambassador of Christ looks like in
a multfaith society.
Co-Founders Chris Stackaruk & Kevin Singer started
Neighborly Faith to address an issue they saw arising
in the evangelical community: our inability or an un- willingness to engage with their religious neighbors in
a way that is honest and builds trust.
Neighborly Faith is about blazing a new trail for Chris- tian relationships with people of other faiths. Since
2015, we’ve grown to become a nationwide movement
providing resources and discovering opportunities
where Christ-centered college students can live for Je- sus in our increasingly diverse society.
Jesus said to him, ‘’Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your
soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment.
The second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” [Matthew 22:37-39]
If you follow Jesus, we are inviting you to join us in
learning how to love our neighbors — EVERY neighbor
— no matter their religion. This booklet will teach you
how to build trust across faiths and create events that
bring people together.
We promise that if you give some of NF’s ideas a try,
you’ll make friends you’d never expected you could,
see God at work, and have tons of fun.
And one more heads up: in this booklet we’re going
to focus on Muslims, although what you learn can be
applied to any faith group. We have stories from all
kinds of faiths, but have focused on one to keep things
simple.
